| Water Department Policy (pdf download) | Trash Policy (SECTION 17-202 SERVICES AND FEES FOR SAME ARE MANDATORY): Each and every owner, tenant, occupant or lessee of any family dwelling, seperate apartment, building, office or premises within the corporate limits of the city is required by this chapter to accept and use the refuse and garbage services provided by the city and to pay to the city clerk-treasureer of the city the prescribed fee or fees for such refuse and garbage service. |
